  • Below is a list of currently scheduled presentations.  The details on each presentation are each being fine tuned and will be updated as soon as each is available.  Make sure to click on each presentation title for more information.  There are also some other career related activities your school might be planning to compliment this week and we will make sure to share these activities with you.

      • 10:00 AM - 11:00 AMI Want to Work Abroad, Now What?Seminar: What skills do you need? How do you apply? Is there funding? Come get answers to these questions and more in this session designed to provide an overview of the aspects to working abroad.
      • 11:00 AM - 12:00 PMWhat's Next? Countdown to GraduationSeminar: Countdown to Graduation is targeted towards students in their last year who are uncertain about their next step. These students will leave this seminar with not only an individualized plans for the next 4-5 months, but a list of Career Week activities recommended for them. If you are graduating soon and are not sure what to do next, this is the seminar for you!

      • 2:00 PM - 3:00 PMGet LinkedInSession: The A to Z of how to use- plus best tools within- your Linked In profile. Students, you will learn tips and tricks to ensure that your Linked In account is being used to its fullest potential.
      • 4:00 PM - 5:00 PMInternships: Finding the Best Opportunities & When to Do ThemSession: How to find the best opportunities and when to do them. You'll figure out how here.
      • 5:00 PM - 7:30 PMPutting Your Best Image Forward!Workshop: Are you certain you are prepared with the perfect resume and cover letter to start your job search? Are you frustrated that you are not getting positive responses after you apply? Then you should make time to attend this workshop!

      • 11:00 AM - 12:00 PMThe Elevator PitchSeminar: Could you convince a potential employer to hire you in under 30 seconds? Brush up on your speaking skills with some tips.
      • 1:30 PM - 2:30 PMNon-Profit Career PathSession: Questions and information in a panel style with alumni and community leaders to share how a non-profit career path is begun and continued.
      • 4:30 PM - 6:00 PMGetting into Graduate SchoolSeminar: Take a walk through the whole process. We will provide you with some key strategies to give you the edge over the competition.
      • 4:30 PM - 6:00 PMPresenters' Dinner
      • 5:30 PM - 8:00 PMSpeed Interview Boot CampWorkshop: In an ever-competitive job market graduates are having to work harder to make themselves stand out from the crowd – Meet speed interviewing. Students moved around a station interviewing “practicing” answering classic job interview questions (“What’s your biggest weakness?”, etc.) with former alumni and professionals.
